Co-Founder

Erica is a dynamic community leader and digital media entrepreneur! Today, she is likely a familiar face on your feed, well-known for her famous local food reviews! As a social media guru, she partners with prominent outlets like the New Bedford Guide and Fall River Reporter to market and elevate small businesses across the South Coast. She also lends her talents to audio storytelling, producing local programs, scouting out the newest restaurants and businesses, and building up our incredible community at South Coast Girls Walk!

Erica’s passion for bringing people together extends far beyond digital spaces:

  • Professional Networking: She serves on the Power of the Purse Committee, organizing vibrant events that raise crucial funds for local charities.

  • Wellness & Exploration: When she isn't planning the next big community event, you can find her practicing yoga, scouting out the newest local coffee shops, or hiking. Fun Fact: she and her now-husband completely transformed a Chevy Astro van and set off on a cross-country road trip, eventually landing in Scottsdale, AZ, where they spent two incredible years exploring the Southwest desert!

  • Family Life: She loves spending quality time with her husband and their two beloved fur babies, Astro and Phoenix.

Sam Destremps

Co-Founder

Sam is a professional problem-solver! While you might see her leading the way on our weekend routes, she leverages her technical expertise behind the scenes to coordinate the "back end of the house" logistics. As our operations guru, she handles the planning, scheduling, and all of the things to keep our community organized and running smoothly!

Sam’s passion for systems, sustainability, and bringing people together extends far beyond logistics:

  • Professional Networking & Global Design: She works as an engineer managing client relationships and helping design new products across New England, New York, and the Eastern Coast of Canada. Her dynamic career has taken her across the globe, allowing her to visit 25 states and 7 countries.

  • Professional Hobby Collector: When she isn't planning the next walk, you can find her practicing yoga, gardening, or diving into new hobbies.

  • Hobby Farming & Family Life: She also runs See Saw Farm, where she embraces her love for animals, gardening and sustainability. When she isn't tending to the bees, emus, or other farm animals she loves spending quality time at home with her boyfriend and hanging out with her beloved cats, Clementine, Norman and Ellie
