Meet Cindy!

As a Local Union President, Cindy is passionate about advocating for her members and creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.

She loves bringing people together, whether it’s by organizing events, coordinating initiatives, or simply taking the time to listen and help wherever she can. As an outgoing and approachable person, she enjoys building genuine connections and believes that kindness, teamwork, and open communication make all the difference.

Outside of her professional and union roles, Cindy can often be found with the ladies of South Coast Girls Walk - both at, and outside of walks! She loves staying active, meeting new people, experiencing new places, and enjoying the fresh air and great conversations that come with this community.

She believes that strong communities are built one connection at a time, and is grateful for every opportunity to make a positive impact both at work and outside.

Over the last year, we have gotten to know Cindy and the positive energy she brings to all of our walks. She is always a smiling face that brightens every event she comes to, always offering a listening ear and words of encouragement when you need it most.
